L. plantarum LM2 and L. brevis Y1 produce, respectively, Acetylcholine (Ach) and Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), inhibitory neurotransmitter. It has an immunomodulating action, it helps reinforce the body’s natural defenses and rebalance the immune response.
